Questions
Does it work outside Australia?
Yes. When you sign up you pick your country, and FlowTradie uses its currency, tax name and rate, date order and financial year. You can change it later in Settings.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FlowTradie runs in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Apps for the App Store and Google Play are coming.
Does it do payroll?
FlowTradie keeps your team's hours and what they cost you. Approved hours go to Xero or MYOB, and payroll is done there, so your pay runs stay in the software built for them.
What do my clients see?
A clean PDF by email, with a link to view the quote, invoice or variation online. They can accept quotes and sign variations from that link without making an account.
What happens when early access ends?
We'll email you well before anything changes. You choose a plan then, at your founding price, or you can take your data and go.
Is my data safe?
Everything is sent over an encrypted connection, and passwords are never stored as written. Each person on your team only sees the parts their role allows.
