These terms are the agreement between you and your business name and ABN ("we", "us") for using FlowTradie. By making an account, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you agree for that business.

Early access

FlowTradie is in early access. It's free to use during this time, and we're still improving it, so things may change and occasionally break. We'll email you at least 30 days before paid plans start. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The account owner decides who on the team can use FlowTradie and what their role lets them see.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has got into your account.

Your data

Everything you put into FlowTradie stays yours. We only use it to run the service for you, as our privacy policy explains. You can ask us for a copy of it at any time, and if you close your account we'll delete it as that policy says.

Your documents and figures

FlowTradie works out totals, tax and costs from what you enter. Check your quotes, invoices, tax and pay figures before relying on them. FlowTradie isn't tax, legal or payroll advice, and payroll itself is done in your payroll software.

Fair use

Don't use FlowTradie for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to get into other people's accounts or our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

When paid plans start, the price, what's included and how billing works will be shown before you choose one. Prices will be shown excluding GST, with GST added where it applies.

Availability

We work to keep FlowTradie running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We'll do our best to warn you about planned downtime.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that come from using or not being able to use FlowTradie. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Have this section checked by a lawyer.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect.
